Shipping Policy
David's Jewelers provides free shipping on all orders $100 and over. Purchases less than $100 shipping will be calculated at checkout. We also offer contactless curbside pickup. Please ensure someone is present to accept your package as most shipments will require a signature. As our only location is in New Jersey, you will be charged with the NJ sales tax of 6.625%. We will make every attempt to ship out an order as soon as it is placed with us. Our number one goal is to provide our customers with quality products that far exceed expectations and to ensure your satisfaction on all purchases. Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, in the event 30 days have passed please contact us directly via phone or email at [email protected] to discuss the reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to help rectify the situation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Special order, custom design and altered items are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is worn, damaged or altered in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Exchanges / Store Credit
We will gladly exchange an item for you within the 30 day return window and/ or also offer you a store credit that can be used on purchases, repairs and appraisals. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: David's Jewelers, 187 Columbia Turnpike, Florham Park, NJ, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
